1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet on oxl168, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and close Your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and oxl168. oxl168 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register and use oxl168, You must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or be legally present in Indonesia at the time of registration and use. oxl168 services are intended for users physically located within Indonesian territory.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You may not register if You are subject to any legal restriction that prohibits You from gambling or entering into contracts.
• Single Account: You may open only one Account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false identities, or accounts opened using another person's information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• Excluded Persons: You may not register if You are an employee, contractor, or affiliate of oxl168, or if You are a family member of an oxl168 employee. You may also not register if You have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling activities.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including Your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Never share Your password, login credentials, or access to Your Account with any third party.
• Notify oxl168 immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.
• Log out of Your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

oxl168 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain Account security. All activities conducted through Your Account are considered authorized by You, and You are fully liable for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using Your login credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

oxl168 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory and legal obligations, we require all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Additional documentation to verify payment methods or source of funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or betting activities. oxl168 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts that do not comply with KYC requirements.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oxl168 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to Your Account instantly. In rare cases, bank or e-wallet delays may result in processing times of up to 15 minutes. If Your deposit has not appeared in Your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction (receipt, transaction ID, or bank statement).

5.3 Deposit Fees

oxl168 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Please check with Your financial institution for details.

5.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, oxl168 allows You to set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, these limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. To set or modify Your deposit limits, please contact our customer support team.

6. Withdrawals & Processing Times

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of Your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name.

6.2 Processing Times

oxl168 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typical processing times are:

• BCA: 3-5 minutes (average 3 minutes)
• BRI: 5-10 minutes
• BNI: 5-10 minutes
• Mandiri: 5-10 minutes
• Other Banks: 10-30 minutes
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): 5-15 minutes

In exceptional circumstances (security review, high-value withdrawals, or technical issues), processing may take up to 24 hours. oxl168 will notify You via email or SMS if additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

oxl168 does not charge any withdrawal fees for verified Members. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees. Unverified Accounts or Accounts flagged for security review may be subject to a Rp 10,000 administrative fee per withdrawal.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, oxl168 requires that all deposits be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if You deposit Rp 100,000, You must place at least Rp 100,000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. This policy applies to all deposits, with or without bonuses.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

oxl168 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined on the promotion page. By claiming a bonus, You agree to be bound by those terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 500,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Live Casino: 50% contribution
• Togel: 100% contribution

7.3 Bonus Abuse

oxl168 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate funds if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging, opposite bets).
• Claiming bonuses with the sole intent to withdraw funds without genuine wagering activity.

8. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on oxl168 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of Your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager.

oxl168 reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or malfunctions that result in incorrect odds or outcomes.
• Events that are canceled, postponed, or abandoned according to official sports governing bodies.
• Bets placed after an event has already started (late bets), unless the market is specifically marked as "live" or "in-play."
• Bets placed by individuals who are prohibited from using the Platform.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 organizers). If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

8.3 Casino & Slot Rules

All casino games and slots provided on oxl168 are operated by licensed third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are provably fair. oxl168 does not influence or control game results.

8.4 Togel Rules

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes from recognized togel markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, etc.). oxl168 does not conduct togel draws; we accept bets on outcomes determined by external, licensed lottery operators. Results are final and cannot be disputed.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oxl168 Platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate Account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or identity theft.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without genuine wagering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms to guarantee profit.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to oxl168 systems, databases, or other user Accounts.
• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing oxl168 staff or other Members.

10. Limitations of Liability

oxl168 provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. oxl168 is not liable for:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing (banks, e-wallet providers).
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or betting markets caused by data feed providers.
• Losses resulting from Your failure to maintain Account security or protect Your login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform.

In no event shall oxl168's total liability to You exceed the amount You have deposited into Your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to You via Your registered payment method. Once closed, Your Account cannot be reopened.

11.2 oxl168-Initiated Suspension

oxl168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• Your Account is flagged for security or compliance review.
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authorities, or court order.

If Your Account is closed for breach of terms, oxl168 reserves the right to forfeit Your balance, void outstanding bets, and withhold any winnings.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. By using oxl168, You agree that any dispute arising from Your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If You have a complaint or dispute with oxl168, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and quickly. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, You may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with full details of Your complaint.

oxl168 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 14 business days. If You are not satisfied with the outcome, You may seek independent mediation or arbitration as permitted under Indonesian law.
